Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Spell a Bee, a spelling app made by Rocket Labs LLC ("Rocket Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. Because Spell a Bee is made for children, a parent or legal guardian must read and accept these Terms and supervise their child's use of the app.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Spell a Bee on Apple devices that you own or control, for personal and non-commercial use. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. If these Terms and the Standard EULA conflict, the Standard EULA applies to the extent of that conflict.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Spell a Bee offers an optional subscription and is placed behind a parental gate. All purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. Billing, renewal, and cancellation are managed in your Apple account settings, and subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. We never receive or store your payment information, and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, rent, resell, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except to the extent the law allows. You may not use the app in any way that is unlawful or that could harm the app or other users.
Intellectual Property
Spell a Bee, including its content, design, artwork, and software, is owned by Rocket Labs and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license above, these Terms do not grant you any rights in the app or its content.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rocket Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the app.
Changes to the App and These Terms
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
